Delivery POLICY

Our delivery makes sure that our customers are completely satisfied and assured. The following terms and conditions pertain to delivery:

Balance must be paid on completion of work.
The order delivery period will be 1 to 2 working days.
Please proofread the text and verify the artwork before approving your order.
The client is responsible for proofreading (dates, spelling, logos, correct info, etc.)
All information must be provided at the onset of the project.
After approval, any additional changes will result in additional charges.
These stipulations will ensure a quicker turnaround on your project.
Any information added after a layout has been started or completed will incur additional charges.

Orders are delivered by email. Standard orders typically take 2–3 hours; for complex work, we will provide an estimated completion time by email.

Payment-transfer fees are not reimbursed and may be deducted from a payment or refund, as applicable.
Refunds may be subject to applicable taxes or service charges.
Refunds are limited to the original customer, company, and project; they cannot be transferred to another person or unrelated order.
