Welcome to Every 1 Wear Designs. These terms explain how we handle service requests, project information, payment, delivery, and customer support.

Client Information & Guidelines

Share complete and accurate project details so we can prepare work that fits your needs. Tell us where the design will be used, the material and placement, finished size, quantity, required file format, and target date. Please review proofs and files carefully and send any requested adjustments clearly.

Project Submission Details

Upload the clearest artwork you have and include any reference images, brand colors, stitch or print requirements, garment details, and production notes. For embroidery, include fabric, placement, and finished dimensions. For vector or DTF requests, specify the intended print method, size, and output format. We will review the information and confirm the scope, quote, and timing before work proceeds.

Payment Terms

  • Approve before you pay: For embroidery digitizing and vector orders, review and approve the completed digital file before payment. We will invoice you after approval.
  • Quoted price: Your invoice reflects the price agreed in your quote. If a quote has not been provided, we will confirm the price or stitch-count basis before work proceeds.
  • Turnaround: Standard embroidery digitizing typically takes about 4–12 hours once we have the artwork and required project details. Production work is handled on business days; weekend production is unavailable.
  • Revisions and sewouts: Unlimited free revisions are included until you are satisfied. A free sewout or accurate stitch preview is available when offered for the job.
  • Payment methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and other methods listed on your invoice or website.

Modification of Site

We may update or change the website content at any time without prior notice.
